Refund Policy

Overview

SwiftClaims (a trading name of SWFTINC) and its subsidiaries are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used or delivered. Refund eligibility is determined on a per-product basis:

  • Subscription services — Refunds are available within 14 days of the billing date. After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable.
  • Usage-based services — Refunds are available for any pre-paid credits that have not yet been consumed.
  • Postage and delivery services — Refunds are issued if mail has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, refunds are not available.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@swiftclaims.xyz with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Services that have been fully rendered or consumed
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the billing date
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
